This is a courtesy translation. The German version is the legally binding one.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of nevertrustrobots.com and the licence to the digital products offered here.

2. Contracting parties

The purchase contract for digital products is concluded with Lemon Squeezy LLC acting as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to payment, invoicing, VAT and withdrawal handling. Tim Tobias Jakob Gering is the author and licensor of the products.

For memberships on Patreon, Patreon's terms apply.

3. Licence

With a purchase, or through an active membership, you receive a simple, non-transferable licence to use the product — privately and commercially, in your own works.

Not permitted:

• passing on, reselling or publishing the files, including in modified form
• inclusion in third-party tool collections, courses or bundles
• removing copyright or licence notices

The VCV Rack module part of WABOT is separately licensed under GPL-3.0 and exempt from this restriction. In case of doubt, the licence file in the respective package takes precedence over these terms.

4. Delivery

Digital products are made available for download immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.

5. Updates

Which updates are included is stated on the respective product page under "Updates". There is no entitlement to future features.

6. Liability

The products are provided without warranty of particular characteristics. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected. Liability for intent, gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

7. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence remain unaffected.
