Right of withdrawal

Who your contract is with

Digital products are sold through Lemon Squeezy LLC acting as merchant of record. Withdrawal is therefore to be declared there; their withdrawal policy applies. The following notice reflects the statutory framework that applies to consumers in the EU.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement. Sending the statement before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Early expiry for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires early if

  1. you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, and
  2. you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
  3. the download has begun.

This consent is obtained during checkout. Once the download begins, withdrawal is excluded.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded without delay, at the latest within fourteen days — using the same means of payment you used. No fees are charged for this.

Memberships on Patreon

Patreon's cancellation and withdrawal rules apply to memberships. A membership can be ended there at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
